- Dispatch:

- Returns: unused, unfitted parts in original packaging within days. Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day cancellation applies to online orders.
- Faulty parts: tell us, we sort it. Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies — this section needs proper legal wording before launch.
Bikes
- Collection: free, from the premises — we'll walk the bike over with you before money changes hands... actually before the handshake. Payment clears first, then keys.
- Delivery: UK-wide by insured transport, quoted per job.
- Deposits: £99 reserve deposit is refundable within days if you view and walk away.
