- Can I buy a bike entirely online?
You can reserve one online with a £99 refundable deposit. We'd always rather you saw and heard it first — in person or on a live video call — before the balance changes hands.
- Do you take part-exchange?
Yes, against any bike in The Garage. Start at /sell-your-bike.
- Are the bikes checked over?
Every bike is inspected by personally by someone who's had a thousand of them in bits. Our bikes are part of the family... Only, we sell these members! What we find goes in the listing, good and bad.
- Do bikes come with MOT?

- Are your parts new or used?
New, all of them. For salvaged, usedparts — including stuff that's no longer made — see our sister site Bike Wreckers.
- Will this part fit my bike?
Check the fitment notes on the product page, or just ask us — phone or WhatsApp with your reg or model and year.
