Short version: we collect what we need to get your order to your door, and nothing else. We don't sell it. Ever.

What we collect

When you order parts or enquire about a bike, we take your name, delivery address, email and phone number — the fulfilment minimum, nothing more.

Payment goes straight to Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers — we're SAQ-A, the lowest-touch compliance level there is.

Got an account? We keep your order history so you can track what's coming and reorder without typing it all out again.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Full stop. We do pass it to the people who need it to get your order to you, and no one else:

  • Stripe — takes payment. We never see your card details.
  • Hendler, our parts supplier — gets your delivery address when they're shipping a part straight to you (dropship).
  • Resend — sends order confirmations, dispatch notices and the like.
  • Vercel and Neon — host the site and the database. Your data sits in London (EU-West).
  • Google — the map embedded on our Contact page means Google sees your visit to that page, same as any embedded map.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records stick around for about six years — that's HMRC's rule for financial records, not a preference of ours.

Everything else — enquiry messages, marketing preferences — gets binned once it's no longer needed.

Cookies

We run strictly-necessary cookies only: the kind that keep your basket and your login working. No tracking, no analytics, no ad networks.

That's why there's no cookie banner. There's nothing extra being collected, so there's nothing to opt out of.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, and you can ask us to delete it.

Deleting an account anonymises your past orders — we strip the personal details but keep the financial record, because HMRC says we have to.

Want either? Get in touch and we'll sort it.

Contact

Questions about your data, or anything else in this policy — head to Contact and ask a human, not a form robot.
